Broken ice


Now the next step is to get serious. Today starts my last week, and soon I have to face life without a plan. It is easy when everything is thought for you. You learn so much.


But then it is time to actually apply all that knowledge on a daily basis. Mistakes are allowed, but, consciously, I will know the exact consequences of all my failures.

Day 15 – welcoming carbs

I am loving the recipes and the new me. I am so much more conscious about what I eat. Amazingly enough, I am rethinking all my food habits.


This week, I am introducing gluten-free grains and protein-rich eggs into my diet. Finally I can eat my porridge again!

Day 8 -eintroducing lean proteins

Fresh new start.


Now that I can add seafood and legumes to my diet, I can satisfy my craving for something bigger. Running/jogging with only smoothies was not an easy step, by sure worth trying. It actually increased my awareness of how food affects me and my daily activities.

I am loving this!

Day 1 – start of a new era


This was, what I call, a productive weekend. Productive indeed!



A new year started in my life, and I want a fresh start. I need a fresh start. I took advantage of everything I could, but now it is enough! Enough of faking. Enough of pretending I like it. Enough of postponing.


It is time to get conscious about what I do, eat, drink, how much I sleep, and how fast, when, and why I do it. It is time to get cleaner and clearer.


Starts here and now!

Here is something I won’t taste for the next days.
