Chickpeas


After my home-made tahini, what obvious fate could these beautiful creatures have?


Home-made hummus, obviously. I made so much that I had to freeze some. Perfect for my lunches.
As healthy dip. As a rich sandwich filling. You name it. You try it. You taste it. And then let me know the outcome.


Feel free to experiment. I  have tried this one, and am planning to try this one in a very near future.
Huge fan of all. Traditional or not.
