You may recall my mentioning of
trying home-made cottage cheese.
Ok, this was just a
trial, which turned out different than what I expected. My alternative for the
cheesecloth was not the best one.
Besides, I am not patient. It was delicious
though.
Even when I am skeptical about science, then it just surprises me a little bit more. Definitely worth trying.

Experimenta. Basta usar collants de vidro. Sim, isso mesmo. Foi o que usei hoje e ficou bem melhor que este =)
