And I
do almost
panic when I see so many wrong food-wise choices being made. I get nervous,
seriously. So many diseases (including depression) we could be avoiding just by
eating properly.
Unfortunately, these gorgeous examples of
food are not mine. I wish they were. I wish I could grow such delicious
ingredients for my daily life. I had the opportunity to try them, but that was
all.
Whenever you are experiencing some sort of craving for a terrible choice, think again. I am sure there is a much better
(and healthier) alternative.
