The “Q” stands for quinoa. A healthy and nutritious food. Please, read how to use and cook it properly here.


The “G” stands for granola. Home-made, obviously. I am completely addicted. I make it during the weekends, in all sort of combinations, and then eat it for breakfast or as a snack, with some yoghurt and/or milk. Delicious.
