Poached, perfect

Some random lunch I had some time ago. Some of the things I love the most: avocado, poached egg, toast (really bad bread, I have to say), tomato, spinach. Yes, home-made cottage is also present.

Planning and more planning. No clue what to do next, but I am planning. I am actually happy I can help them planning.
